Vilifying of Mahabharatha Original Texts - Karthik Mangipudi
Yesterday I was reading the original Texts of Mahabharatha translated into English sourced from a website called sacred-texts.com
http://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/maha/index.htm
As sanskrit is almost an extinct language, people read these texts that are translated into their own native languages.
Fortunately as I know a little bit of sanskrit, I am able to bring this to limelight.
Please see the below link -
http://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/m02/m02004.htm
"Vaisampayana said,--"Then that chief of men, king Yudhishthira, entered that palatial sabha having first fed ten thousand Brahmanas with preparations of milk and rice mixed with clarified butter and honey with fruits and roots, and with pork and venison. The king gratified those superior Brahmanas, who had come from various countries with food seasoned with seasamum and prepared with vegetables calledjibanti, with rice mixed with clarified butter, with different preparations of meat.
This is the translation of the poem -
18 tarpayitvā dvijaśreṣṭhān pāyasena sahasraśaḥ dhanaṃ bahuvidhaṃ dattvā tebhya eva ca vīryavān 19 sarvartuguṇasaṃpannāṃ divyarūpāṃ manoramām daśa kiṣku sahasrāṃ tāṃ māpayām āsa sarvataḥ http://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/mbs/mbs02001.htm |
I can assure my readers that the translation in no way means the above poem.
tarpa - root word for ancestor worship.
dvija sresthan - pious people of brahmin caste.
payasena - sweet dish prepared with milk .
sahasraha -thousand
dhanam - riches
bahuvidham - of various kinds
dattva - were bestowed
sarvathuguna sampannam - bestowed with every good quality
divyarupam - endowed with celestial beauty
manoramaam - mind pleasing
dasa kiski sahasram - were given to a thousand
mapayam asa sarvatah - and everybody was gratified.
Why am I stressing on this poem is because -
BRAHMINS DO NOT EAT MEAT.
HOW CAN THEY BE PLEASED WITH PORK AND VENISON?
In Hinduism, eating pork is an unimaginable thing.

From where did this injection of vilifying words come from?
In the first book of Mahabharata, the translations depict women having alcoholic drinks, and explicit material is all injected into the translations.
This might not have been done by the original author Keesari Mohan Ganguly who himself is a great Sanskrit scholar,
This is done by some people who wantedly try to show Vedic culture in a very Bad light. What do they gain?
Religious Conversions?
In a book called Immortals of Meluha By amish tripathi
Lord Shiva is shown as a sex starved mortal tribal. And the book becomes a bestseller and gains publicity from foreign funded media.
Lord Shiva is actually the intelligent morphogenic cosmic field. He is usually depicted as wearing a snake .
Snake signifies raised Kundalini primordial Energy.
Sacred texts are silently being injected with immoral words to vilify them and present them in a bad limelight.
People like Max Muller vilified the sacred vedic hymns , introduced false Aryan invasion theory , and further stated that vedas were written in europe.
All the above claims and blatent lies were proven false by DNA analysis and modern sciences.
Still these false propaganda are being carried out.
Vedic Texts contain exteremely valuable science which should be translated impartially and the gain should be enjoyed equally by all.
Some Religious fanatics try to show other religions in very bad limelight. They gain nothing. What the world loses is everything.
Punch into google Vedic Vimanas .
They were built by a material called Raja Loha which was 60 times lighter but stronger than steel.
Powered by crystals which were the source of electricity.
All this knowledge was LOST.
Just imagine what all things this world LOST!
I am NOT Religious. But I say - like your religion . Do not HATE other religions. Have Religious tolerance. And beware - THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE TO FILL YOU WITH LIES. THEY MAKE YOU THINK THAT WHAT IS RIGHTEOUS IS WRONG AND WHAT IS WRONG AND DANGEROUS FOR THE SOCIETY IS RIGHT.
